Narve Karlsen (b. 1969) Partner.
Narve has held several management positions in international market-leading companies, and given several lectures from the field of logistics at BI Norwegian Business School. He has extensive experience as a consultant, lecturer and speaker.
For the past 10 years, he has worked with foreign companies and gained extensive international experience as well as a broad cultural understanding. In recent years, he’s been focused on restructuring and change management with excellent results.
Narve is a great sparring partner – he’s solution-oriented with a grand sense of execution. He genuinely enjoys working with people and is motivated by both small and large challenges, and grabs every chance to think outside the box.
